Can you return an item to us?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery and return costs will be at your own expense unless agreed otherwise.

 

Your right to cancel:

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, or prior to dispatch, without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquired, or a third party other than a carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us via Contact Us form if your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of cancellation:

If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other that the least expensive, and in our case FREE, type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

Any manufacture or product quality issues can be returned providing we are notified with 14 days and that the issue is of valid quality issue (we cannot accept colour or shade differences as evidence of defects for wood furniture. As a general rule, dark items look lighter and light items look darker in reality).

All returned items must in “as new” condition, unused and unassembled (if applicable) and in the original wrapping - this is also essential in preventing the item being damaged on its return.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive it back from you any goods supplied.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in the event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day which you communicated your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

What if your item has been damaged?

Any damage that is caused to the property or the item being delivered must be identified to the driver prior to his departure. It is your responsibility to check the items for any damages and sign for as either “Goods Damaged” or “Received in Good Condition”. If signed “Unchecked” does NOT entitle you for a replacement item or a refund if you open your goods and find damaged parts. It is best to sign for goods as damaged. No insurance claims can be made for items that have been signed for.
